Location: South London (Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Croydon & surrounding areas)
Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Start Date: Immediate / September 2026
Contract Type: Full-Time / Long-Term / Flexible Opportunities
Salary: £108.35 per day

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience in education? We are recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across a range of Primary and SEN schools in South London. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support.

The Role
  • Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
    • Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils
    • Assist children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs
    • Support classroom activities and lesson preparation
    • Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
    • Gain hands-on classroom experience across different settings
Ideal Candidate
  • Recent graduate (Education, Psychology, English, Maths or related subjects desirable)
    • Passionate about working with children and education
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Patient, proactive, and adaptable
    • Interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education
