ROLE: Electrical Buyer
LOCATION: Eastbourne
HOURS: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
SALARY: £34K - £36K (pending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure electrical materials, components, and equipment in line with project requirements
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Raise and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain supply continuity
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Resolve any supply issues, discrepancies, or delays proactively
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a Buyer or Procurement role, ideally within the electrical, construction, or engineering sectors
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, materials, and supply chains
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
