An established and ambitious Worcestershire law firm is looking to appoint an additional Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team. With several offices across the region, an excellent reputation and a strong commitment to continued investment, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a successful and forward-thinking legal practice. The appointment follows the continued growth of one of the firm's busiest offices, where an established referral network and increasing levels of new business have created the need for additional conveyancing expertise.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload, managing transactions from initial instruction through to successful completion.
Your work will include:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• First registration applications
• Providing general residential property advice
THE IDEAL CONVEYANCER:
The firm is keen to hear from motivated and commercially aware conveyancing professionals, including:
• Solicitors
• Licensed Conveyancers
• Experienced non-qualified Conveyancers
• Legal Executives
• Residential Property Fee Earners
