EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, NQ+, NEWCASTLE - Looking to build your Employment law career with a highly regarded regional firm? An opportunity to work with an established team advising employer clients on a broad range of employment matters.
A Legal 500 regional law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its team in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ Solicitor or someone with up to 4 years' PQE to develop their experience within a supportive team, advising a varied employer client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

- Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies and procedures.
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters.
- Handling redundancy, restructuring and TUPE issues.
- Managing Employment Tribunal claims and contentious matters.
- Supporting clients with settlement agreements and restrictive covenants.
- Developing client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
