THE OPPORTUNITY
A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join its highly regarded Commercial team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your post-qualification career with a firm recognised for advising an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients across a broad range of commercial matters.

THE ROLE
You will advise clients on a wide variety of commercial contract matters, including:
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Advising on supply, services, outsourcing and technology contracts.
• Supporting clients on strategic commercial projects and day-to-day contractual matters.
• Working with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver commercially focused legal solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with businesses operating across a range of sectors.
THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Solicitors who have completed a seat in commercial contracts or commercial law during their training contract. You will have:
• Strong technical drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering a high standard of client service.
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in commercial law.
