Job Description

JOB TITLE: Senior Commercial Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 5+
LOCATION: Buckinghamshire
SALARY: Competitive + Benefits

THE ROLE: A Legal 500 recognised boutique practice is seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join its growing commercial technology team. The role focuses on advising on non-contentious commercial and technology matters, including IP licensing, data protection, AI, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, IoT, web terms, development agreements and general commercial contracts. The successful candidate will also support corporate transactions, advising on the commercial aspects of business sales and acquisitions. Clients range from innovative start-ups to established UK and international businesses.

ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience), be confident managing their own caseload, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a commercial, solutions-driven approach are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded boutique practice, play a key role in a growing team, contribute to business development, and help shape the future of a specialist commercial technology offering.
