Temporary Receptionist – Automotive Dealerships

Location: Coventry & Warwickshire
Pay: National Minimum Wage
Hours: Typically 8:00am – 5:00pm (or similar)

We are looking for friendly, professional and reliable Temporary Receptionists to provide reception cover at various car dealerships across Coventry and Warwickshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, has a welcoming telephone manner and is confident working in a customer-facing environment.

The Role

Duties will include:

• Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
  
  
• Taking accurate messages and passing them on to the relevant members of staff.
  
  
• Greeting customers and visitors as they arrive at the dealership.
  
  
• Providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
  
  
• General reception duties and assisting with basic administration where required.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a friendly, approachable and professional manner.
  
  
• Is confident answering telephone calls and dealing with customers.
  
  
• Has good communication and organisational skills.
  
  
• Is reliable, punctual and flexible.
  
  
• Can adapt quickly to working in different dealership environments.
  
  
• Takes pride in their appearance and is happy to maintain a smart dress code.
  
  

Previous reception or customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working Hours & Pay

• Typically 8:00am – 5:00pm, although hours may vary depending on the dealership.
  
  
• Temporary and ad-hoc assignments across Coventry and Warwickshire.
  
  
• Paid at the applicable National Minimum Wage rate, depending on age and eligibility.
