Role: Welder Fabricator
Location: Dudley
Hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm
Pay Rate: £14ph to £15ph (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- MIG and TIG welding to a high standard on aluminium, stainless steel, and other materials.
- Fabrication and assembly of metal components from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Measuring, marking out, cutting, shaping, and fitting materials to precise tolerances.
- Operating fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
- Working on bespoke and batch production projects across a variety of industries.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment in line with health and safety procedures.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to efficient production processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Welder Fabricator role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Strong MIG and TIG welding skills, ideally with experience working on aluminium and alloy products.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings and technical plans.
- Experience using fabrication machinery and a range of workshop tools.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to meet production deadlines.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
