JOB DESCRIPTION
A Mobile Cleaner is responsible for providing cleaning services across various locations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. This role involves traveling between different sites to perform cleaning duties in diverse environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
No academic qualifications are required. On-the-job training may be provided. Vocational qualifications in Cleaning and Support Services Skills are available at Levels 1 and 2.
TASKS
- Travel between different locations to perform cleaning tasks as assigned..
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, common spaces, bathrooms, and other facilities..
- Dust and clean surfaces, furniture, and fixtures..
- Wipe down and sanitize surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment..
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as needed..
- Address spills and stains promptly..
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures..
- Sort and recycle materials when applicable..
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary..
- Report any supply needs to supervisors..
- Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition..
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance department..
- Communicate with site managers or supervisors to understand specific cleaning needs at each location..
- Report any maintenance or repair issues related to cleaning equipment..
