As Apprenticeship Week 2025 kicks off with the theme "Skills for Life", it’s the perfect opportunity for me to reflect on how apprenticeships are shaping the future of work and empowering people to succeed in their careers.
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to change direction, I truly believe apprenticeships offer more than just a qualification – they provide valuable skills that last a lifetime.

Apprenticeships have long been seen as a practical route into employment, but today they’re so much more than that.
