Adult’s Social Worker, Safeguarding Team, Brent  
Busy Team, that carries out Safeguarding S.45 Enquiries, Care Act Assessments/Carers , Ordinary Residence and  NRFP.  Also Reassessment  and Reviews. Team service  function is to  undertake case management and support customers who have hoarding tendencies and resist engagement. 
£32 per hour
