Location: Haringey
Pay Rate: £30.52 per hour
Contract: Locum

Pertemps is recruiting an Adult Social Worker (ASYE) on behalf of a London local authority based in Haringey.
This role is suitable for a newly qualified Social Worker who is able to complete their ASYE during the placement.
Role Overview You will deliver a high-quality statutory social work service, working with Adults (and where appropriate Children and Families), in partnership with internal and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for service users.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake statutory social work duties in line with legislation and best practice
• Complete assessments, support planning, and reviews
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners
• Maintain accurate and timely case records
• Promote safeguarding and person-centred practice

Requirements

• Social Work degree (or equivalent recognised qualification)
• Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
• Eligible to complete ASYE during the placement
• Understanding of statutory social work frameworks
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary setting
