Aviation Recruitment Network (ARN) is searching for enthusiastic Cargo Warehouse Operatives to join our high-energy team at East Midlands Airport. If you’re looking for a role that’s hands-on, fast-paced, and full of opportunity - this is it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Loading and unloading freight from lorries and aircraft containers
• Sorting parcels and cargo (up to 20 kg) on a busy, high-speed sorting line
• Using handheld scanners to track and record shipments
• Working safely and efficiently in a secure aviation environment

We offer flexible, 7-day shift patterns such as, between the hours of:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:00

What You Need: 

• A 5-year checkable work/education history (2021 - present)
• Ability to complete a criminal record check (cost reimbursed after 4 weeks)
• Willingness to train, learn, and work as part of a team

Experience in any of the following is a bonus:

• Warehouse Operative
• Parcel Sorter
• Picker/Packer
• Cargo Operative
• Any manual handling or logistics role
