Residential Conveyancer 3+ years’ experience, Wiltshire, up to £50,000 (DOE). THE ROLE:
• Run a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing files from initial instruction through to completion
• Deal with a broad range of transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters
• Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to progress transactions smoothly and in line with regulatory requirements
• Provide clear, practical advice and consistently high levels of client care throughout the conveyancing process
THE CANDIDATE:
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience
• Capable of managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical understanding of UK property law, Land Registry processes and lender requirements
• Familiarity with conveyancing case management systems, including Leap
