RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, WILTSHIRE, UP TO £45,000. An exciting role for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a well-established firm that values collaboration, support, and long-term career development. JOB REF: 2556
The appointed conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, with responsibility from initial instruction through to completion
• Become part of a well-established high-street firm that combines a supportive culture with the autonomy over your own files, backed by experienced directors, conveyancers and dedicated support staff
• Primarily office-based position, with a degree of flexibility available where appropriate
• Ideal for an experienced residential conveyancer with at least three years’ post-qualification experience, whether a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer
• Attractive salary in line with market rates, together with benefits such as private medical cover and employer pension contributions
