You’ll be the face and energy of the building: ensuring members, guests and event clients receive a five‑star experience while you maximise opportunities for growth across co-working memberships and meeting room sales.

- Ensure seamless on-boarding and day‑to‑day operations, from move‑ins to facilities and health & safety compliance.
- Oversee suppliers, budgets, and reporting with a keen eye for quality and cost efficiency.
- Champion the customer journey from day one — onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Champion continuous improvement — always looking for smarter ways to deliver value and elevate standards.
