Production / Installation Worker

Location: Enstone (own transport required – rural location)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
Contract Type: Temp-to-perm
Pay: £12.50 per hour (temp) | £26k to £30k per annum (perm)

Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Enstone for a Production / Installation Worker. Due to the rural location, applicants must have their own transport.

This is a busy, hands-on role within a production and warehouse environment, with the opportunity to become permanent.
Duties include:

• Picking, packing and wrapping products
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Goods in / goods out
• Operating machinery and production equipment (training provided where required)
• Supporting the production facility with general duties
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping, organisation and tidiness at all times
• Working off-site with the installation team (training provided)

Installation Work & Bonuses:

• Installation work required 1–3 days once or twice per month
• UK-based initially, with potential worldwide travel once permanent
• £50 per day working away bonus
• £25 per day subsistence
• Overtime available

Candidate Requirements:

• Physically fit (heavy lifting involved)
• Fork Lift Truck (FLT) licence
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
• Strong team player, reliable and hard-working
• Willingness to learn with a positive, friendly attitude
• Good timekeeping, flexibility and attention to detail
• Customer service experience desirable
