The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a key Transition Project for our client based in Leamington Spa.

Working closely with the Project Sponsor, project leads and senior stakeholders, you will coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring project plans, milestones and deadlines remain on track.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous project management experience who is confident managing competing priorities, coordinating stakeholders and keeping complex projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project delivery plans, schedules and implementation timetables.

    • Coordinate activities, deliverables and deadlines across multiple workstreams.

    • Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and proactively identify potential delays.

    • Manage and maintain project risk, issue, action and dependency logs.

    • Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record decisions and follow up on agreed actions.

    • Produce regular progress reports and updates for senior management.

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, records and tracking systems.

    • Monitor project changes, escalations and key decisions, ensuring these are recorded and followed through.

    • Work closely with the Project Sponsor to support effective project governance and delivery.

About You

You will have previous experience in a Project Management, Project Coordination or similar role, ideally supporting or delivering implementation projects involving multiple workstreams.

You will also bring:

  • Strong experience managing project plans, timelines and deliverables.

    • The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

    • Experience monitoring project risks, issues and dependencies.

    • Confidence preparing project reports and communicating updates to senior stakeholders.

    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.

A PRINCE2, APM or equivalent project management qualification would be advantageous.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to play a key role in an important client transition project, working alongside senior stakeholders to help coordinate and deliver a successful implementation.

If you have previous project management experience and enjoy bringing structure, organisation and momentum to complex projects, we would love to hear from you.
